2. Information on this website

This website describes our marketing agency services for businesses. Its content is for general information only and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown are indicative starting points; the final scope and price of any work are agreed individually with each client in writing.

Cases describe past work by our team. Client names are not disclosed, and results achieved for one project are not a promise of similar results for another.

3. Our services

We provide services to businesses only, not to consumers. All services are provided under a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or service agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

4. Campaign spend and virtual cards

As part of our agency services, our team pays for approved campaign expenses, such as advertising, marketing tools and events, using agency-managed virtual cards, and re-invoices them to the client as media costs under the client's agreement, with full spend reporting. New clients prepay media costs; payment terms for established clients are agreed individually. We do not issue cards, hold client money on deposit or provide payment services. moonketing is a marketing agency, not a bank, card issuer, payment institution or other financial institution.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website: in particular, you must not submit false information through the contact form, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious code or use automated means to send requests.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and graphics of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy or reuse substantial parts without our permission. 7. Liability
